Cleaning Fee
There is no cleaning fee if rented for a week.
If rented for less than a week, there is a $125 cleaning fee. |

We have worked hard to make sure our homes are clean, well equipped, and smell good! We do not use a property management company. We clean and maintain our homes ourselves. They are our "babies"!
If any evidence of smoking &/or pets is found anywhere on our premises, you will be evicted immediately with no refund of any monies, including rent and security deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be in writing. Every attempt shall be made to re-rent the home. If the home cannot be re-rented, your Advance Deposit will be forfeited. In the event cancellation is made 45 days or less prior to check in, entire amount of rent will be forfeited unless home can be re-rented. |
Minimum Age Requirement
Renters must be 25 years of age or older. |
