We go to Pensacola Beach every year for a family vacation and we will defiantly be staying at the Pensacola Palm every year from now on.

My family and I recently stayed at the Pensacola Palm to have my son's Baptism at the community church on the beach. The Pensacola Palm was a home away from home for us, it had everything we needed and more.

It rained the first couple of days we were there and we had children with us and because of the covered area under the house we were able to keep them entertained. We got a blow up pool and they played for hours. The Hot Tub and pool were also a nice relaxing place for the adults to hang out after kids went to sleep.

We had a wonderful time in your beach house! I really appreciated the privacy of having our own pool and hot tub. The kids especially enjoyed diving for the rings in the pool and the jets on either side. The walk to the beach took almost no time at all, and the showers to wash off the sand were very convenient.

The beds were comfortable, and it was great having a starter supply of laundry detergent, soap, etc. It was the last PCC graduation we will have - at least for a while - but we will certainly keep your home in mind if another of our children goes to school down there. Thank you very much!

The Pensacola Palm is truly one of the best homes we have rented. All the photos are true and only better in real life. The owners will go out of their way to fill your needs.

We did not have any bad experiences at all. Everything from bed linens, towels, the furnishings, pool, hot tub, all in perfect shape and everything you need for a wonderful stay. The home was super clean.

While we were in town we went to view the owners other rental the Pensacola Pelican. It is super as well. We can't make up our minds which one to stay in for 2011.

I would recommend this rental to my family and friends who are looking to vacation in the Florida gulf coast.

The Pensacola Palm was just as advertised. It was well maintained and had many amenities in the house to provide for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was great, especially for food preparation with a big family. The dining area comfortably seated our family of eight but could seat ten easily.

Angia was very informative and helpful. She was always concerned about the facility operation and contacted us to insure "everything was fine." We only used the hot tub which was nice.

Although the pool looked great, it was too cool to use this time of year (unseasonably cold). I would recommend this rental to my family and friends who are looking to vacation in the Florida gulf coast.

It was a clean, comfortable home, that everything we could possibly need for our vacation and more.

We very much enjoyed our stay and Pensacola Palm! We gathered our family together for some relaxation and visiting. The house is located very close to beautiful beaches, and the hot tub and the pool were great for hanging out by the house.

The kitchen was great! It was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook large meals, and there were even supplies for the infant and three-year-old we had with us. How nice to not have to lug around all that baby equipment!

I cannot think of anything we needed that we did not have. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we love your home!

We kept in contact with the owners throughout our stay, and they even helped us find items we could use in the house. It was a clean, comfortable home, that everything we could possibly need for our vacation and more.

Your home is absolutely gorgeous – what a perfect vacation home! Everything we needed was there – even had some extra sugar for the coffee! There was more than enough room and I have to say the air conditioning was FANTASTIC! It was unseasonably hot, but it NEVER got warm inside.

We did some grilling in the Family Room Down Under and had some lazy moments in the hammock (which I had never tried before and now I think I have to find somewhere to put one J). Everyone that joined me was more than satisfied and everyone had a great time!

My granddaughter’s 4^th birthday was the Friday before we left and it will be a birthday she will remember!

I have to say my favorite thing of all was dealing with you – what a pleasure you are – thank you for being so easy and pleasant to deal with – God bless you and your Pensacola Palm! Look forward to staying with you again!

My husband and I were able to lounge by the pool and hot tub while our children slept only a few feet away.

Pensacola Palm has it all and Angia takes special pride in assuring that your stay is a memorable one. I have 2 small children so it was a big benefit to have the pack n play, high chair, booster, sand toys, floats, stocked and ready to use. Our girls also enjoyed the toys, games, and books you have on hand. We truly packed half of what we would normally have to pack....which I personally think is priceless :)

We have stayed at condos in the past and I have never stayed at a condo that has offered any of these things.

We also chose the Palm for the conveinence of the pool and hot tub. My husband and I were able to lounge by the pool and hot tub while our children slept only a few feet away. Our family will definitely be repeat visitors to the Pensacola Palm. We had an unbelievable time and my 4 year old is already campaigning to come back this summer.

I looked for a month via the internet and was totally surprised to find my "dream" vacation close to home on Pensacola Beach.

"I am a widow with four boys ages- 13, 10, 8, and 7. My family had never been on a vacation before, even before my husband's death. I had saved for a nice vacation for my children. With the economy, I was wanting to make the most of my money, yet create a great time for the children. Safety was also a concern with me traveling and vacationing alone.

I looked for a month via the internet and was totally surprised to find my "dream" vacation close to home on Pensacola Beach. I loved the space, the amenities were ideal and safe. I could save money on gas and cook our meals. I also couldn't believe the price for such a beautiful home.

My experience with renting the Pensacola Palm almost seemed surreal. Upon calling the owners, I was greeted with a friendly personable voice. Mrs. Hosman was very professional, but also personable. I was already excited about the vacationing opportunity, but talking with her only made me even more impatient.

The payment process was very managable and convenient. Mrs. Hosman dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" in directions about and to the Beach house. She all but drove me there.

Upon arrival, I was amazed and awed at how thoughtfully planned out and furnished the house was. The Hosman's make it possible for you to relax without any worries or last minute runs to find items left at home. Every time I would think of something needed, I would find that they had beat me to the punch and it was there readily available.

I felt like a princess. My children are asking when we can go again. I hope to stay again soon, if for no other reason to have dealings with the Hosmans. They see this as a way to reach out and bless families, making beach vacation rentals a reality despite the economy.

To them, you are a family, not another profit. Mr. and Mrs. Hosman, this side of heaven, you will never know how much you bless so many people, who may never get to meet you face to face.

I just wanted to write to you and let you know what a great time we all had at the Pensacola Palm. As you know we rented the property for a mini reunion of my college friends and it was the perfect setting for this middle age crowd.

The property is the best-equipped rental property that I have ever seen. Nothing was for wanting and what’s more it has the character of those who have stayed before us.

What I mean by this is previous renters leave small mementos for the next renter. It seems if a renter finds something that the house needs like a book or game or food and toiletry staples they buy it and leave it for the next renter. This act of kindness came in handy several times during our stay and we returned the favor before we departed.

It was truly a week we will never forget, even the rain made the stay better! Who would believe this at the beach but it is true. The property is so well kept it is hard to believe that it is ever vacant.

As I told you I was almost afraid to write this critique as we may never be able to rent the property again as it may be booked forever!!!

As for the location it is perfect. It is away from the HUB BUB of the Casino Beach area and was VERY QUITE. We had easy access to the beach and everyone was very nice that we met.

We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the Jacuzzi Bath. My son Tony loved the loft area. On the day we had to leave I had to drag him with a chain down the stairs to go (LOL).

Whenever you rent a property it is always a little nerve racking. Angia, you took away all of that anxiety with your kind professional manner. You made it feel like I was renting from a friend and now I know I was!

The Pensacola Palm was the perfect place to stay the week preceding my son Tim's wedding. We had a full house, yet we never seemed to be crowded.

The hot tub was very popular especially with the groomsman who spent hours soaking and talking.

Dear Angia:

Thank you so much for sharing your marvelous home with us! Ours was a trip of many “firsts”: Our first trip with our daughter as a “married lady”, AND our first time traveling with our daughter’s new in-laws (we had a total of 7), AND all of our first time to Pensacola. So a lot of promise, but also a lot of be nervous about as well.

Your lovely and comfortable home was the perfect backdrop. We were delighted when we first opened the door (my Mom went round and round noticing all the beautiful furnishing details).

Our daughter and her mother-in-law both humbly and gratefully accepted what was like having TWO Master Bedroom areas (but believe me, I snuck in an enjoyed that luxurious garden whirlpool bathtub!) No tripping over suitcases with all the closets!

We used the well-stocked kitchen and easily fit around the massive dining table. We were able to all catch a movie on the DVD player. When we needed to dry towels, the convenient washer dryer made it so easy.

Our daily events ended each day with a soak in the huge poolside spa. Visiting in December, we didn’t use the pool, but enjoyed the colored lights while we were there, as well as Gulf views from the deck. Large comfy recliners and even a hammock!

We walked daily on the beach, which is easily accessed within minutes from the house. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

We drove quickly to our ventures in Pensacola. Not to be missed: The Naval Air Museum (one of the best we’ve ever been to, and it’s FREE!; dinner at McGuire’s – don’t forget to add your own dollar to the 750,000 on the ceiling!; the Lighthouse and old-fashioned remodeled downtown shops.)

The Historic area is not open between Christmas and New Year’s as is not the Lighthouse, but that just gives us things to look forward to seeing on future visits. Which we will definitely be making – and staying in Pensacola Palm.

Angia – you are a delightfully conscientious hostess (when is the last time an innkeeper made multiple attempts to check in with you and make sure any need you had was being met?)

Speaking of comfortable, I must mention the beds!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pensacola Palm.

The location was not only perfect but beautiful, with the Sound on one side and the Golf on the other. We loved walking the beach. The sunsets are spectacular!

We came to see the Airshow at Pensacola Naval base. Its the home of the Blue Angels. The show was a wonderful patriotic experience.

We would highly recommend the Naval Museum -great for a rainy day. The museum is huge - estremely interesting for all ages and its FREE!

Angia is a wonderful hostest/owner. She was extremely accommodating and wanted to be sure we were happy and able to relax! The kitchen is fully quipped. We also appreciated all the extras in the house that made our stay comfortable.

Speaking of comfortable, I must mention the beds! We all loved the beds- its very rare to find a rental homes with good beds- so we really appreciated the good nights rest!

The home had everything we needed...

Our family recently stayed at the Pensacola Palm. My husband and I, our three children, and my dad stayed comfortably in this nice home. Our children are ages six, four, and 16 months old.

The home had everything we needed...highchair, booster seats, small table and chairs, games, books, toys, and beach towels. It was nice not having to pack all those "extras" that take up so much valuable space.

We couldn't have asked for better sleeping arrangements. The two older children slept in a room with two twin beds and one bed had a trundle bed.

My dad had his own room with a bath as did my husband and I.

The loft bedroom upstairs was the perfect retreat for our children...they called it their fort! The view of the ocean from up top is both beautiful and relaxing.

We also enjoy cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked! The stove top and oven made cooking a breeze (wish I had those in my own kitchen!).

The extra long dining room table was perfect for all of our meals. We had plenty of room to spread out to eat together as a family.

After our family beach time, we would retreat to the hot tub! We were there in October of this year so the hot tub was a nice way to warm up after leaving the beach. The pool looked inviting but the weather was to cool which kept us from using it.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pensacola Palm and we will be returning to make some more wonderful memories!

Wow! What a lovely and clean home. Everything you could possibly ask for and more.

We needed a place to have a family barbecue. We had all come down from Georgia to spread my Husband’s ashes. Everyone had such a great time in your home.

The pool and hot tub were very clean, and the kids really enjoyed the pool and deck jets. There was enough room for everyone.

We loved our stay at your Pensacola Palm!

From the moment we arrived at the Pensacola Palm home we felt welcome. Everything was in order and very clean.

During our stay, we made full use of the well-equiped kitchen, the large dining room, the downstairs family room and, of course, the pool and hot tub.

A typical day for us included the beach in the morning (we preferred the sound side because it was much calmer for our one-year-old) and back to the house for lunch and swimming in the pool.

The set-up of the pool was perfect for our little girl because the shallow end was like having a built-in kiddie pool. We played a lot of pool volleyball with a make-shift net and just spent hours in the water.

When we were too burnt to go into the sun again, we did some local shopping or played cards in the family room down under.

We definitely made the right choice when picking a rental home!

The accommodations were spacious and beautiful: well decorated rooms, comfortable beds and furniture, and a well stocked kitchen. The house was very clean and the sheets and towels provided were surprisingly soft compared to the usual beach rentals.

It was particularly nice to have a large stock of beach towels provided in the beach house. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept up.

We enjoyed using the Family Room Down Under, and ate lunch daily there. The selection of pool and beach toys provided was a special treat and generous compared to other beach rentals.

We will definitely consider renting the Pensacola Palm in the future.

What a great home to enjoy the best Florida vacation ever!

When we return to Pensacola for another vacation, we will once again rent the Pensacola Palm and only this home. Renting a house with a Pool and Hot Tub was the best decision we ever made!

The home was immaculate and in great order. After a hot day on the beach, we could walk back to the house and enjoy a very new and clean pool and hot tub and barbeque in the shaded area under the home.

The underneath part of the house was AWSOME!

We had a wonderful stay at Angia's Pensacola Palm. She called every so often to make sure everything was going great and see if we had any questions. It was a RELAXING trip.

It basically had everything that we had not thought of. The hammock underneath was a great "morning" getaway from everything. You could hear the waves from the beach.

The pool area was a "life saver". That was great for when us the tired parents didn't want to walk down to the beach but needed something to keep them quiet.

The underneath part of the house was AWESOME! I would definately recommend the Pensacola Palm.

Recently my husband, grandson and I had the privilege to stay for a few days during my grandson’s spring break at the Pensacola Palm beach house. This was our first visit and we were extremely pleased with the accommodations.

We were first time renters last summer and we enjoyed our stay so much we will be returning this summer and so looking forward to it. Mrs. Hosman was so sweet and patient answering our questions last summer she was a delight to rent from.

The pool was one of the main reasons we chose the Pensacola Palm, it is so relaxing to return from the beach and take a refreshing swim. It was a great place to gather in the evenings too.

We enjoyed visiting with grandparents, who could sit around the pool in the evening or in the Family room down under during the day. The Grandparents were thrilled to be able to watch the children swimming without becoming overheated in the summer sun. Mrs. Hosman also provides pool toys and sand toys which is so great when traveling from out of town, cuts down of the packing.

The beach can be seen from the pool or the upper deck, but is a very short walk. My mother has trouble getting around and the walk is easy for her also since it is mainly sidewalks to get there and not a lot of walking through the sand until you arrive at the beach.

The Family room down under is also a great place to sit when having a cook out and play cards at the table. My niece enjoyed a blow up baby pool we brought for her and having the shade under the house was an ideal hang out for her too. My sister in law relaxed while reading many a magazine in the hammock and my son and I even fit in a nap.

In the evening the pool has different colored lights which are so cool and the hot tub did wonders for aching muscles for the activity during the day.

The house is equipped with everything you need, even a washer and dryer for all those dirty towels, which Mrs. Hosman is so kind to stock the house with.

Oh, I almost forgot the safety gate on the pool is a blessing and a relief for all the adults in the house. It works great to keep the little ones safe.

Mrs. Hosman has thought of everything and we are grateful that she has poured her heart into this awesome beach rental. I could go on and on, but I will stop at the Pensacola Palm is a wonderful Vacation Rental and I hope other families get a chance to enjoy it as much as we did!

All of us (three families) enjoyed our vacation at Pensacola Palm.

The house was decorated beautifully and was very clean and well-stocked. It was nice having beach towels and chairs available.

My daughters loved their loft bedroom away from the rest of the family, not to mention the wonderful view from their upstairs window.

We had the best of both worlds at the Palm; we not only had an outdoor pool, but we were only a block from the beach. It was perfect. And of course, we all enjoyed time in the jacuzzi at the end of the day. Unfortunately, we had to fight for the hammock, which was perfectly located under the house for a cool, afternoon nap!

Everyone rated this vacation highly and were sorry when it ended. Thank you for your hospitality.
